AI Innovisory is an Auckland-based AI advisory firm founded by Peter Mangin. Since 2023 we have helped 400+ New Zealand organisations adopt AI safely and productively.
We work with leadership teams on the decisions that determine whether AI pays off: where it belongs in your operations, what governance it needs, and what to do first. The firm was founded by Peter Mangin, an AI strategist and educator based in Auckland.
Since 2023 we have worked with more than 400 organisations across banking, government, education, professional services, and FMCG. Most engagements begin with a strategy call and a clear-eyed read of where AI can realistically create value for you.
Where teams need hands-on capability, our AI workshops build it directly, in Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, and Queenstown. We also provide fractional CAIO support for organisations that need senior AI leadership without a permanent hire.
